The Emma Wedding Package (Arch, Aisle Flowers + Table Centerpieces)

“The Emma Wedding Package,” a classy and modern rental collection designed to elevate your special day. This package includes:

 The Emma Arch: Classy, timeless, and incredibly stunning in person! We designed this arch with all white flowers -using white rose buds, white garden roses, white delphinium, white peonies and baby's breath. The Emma Arch has over 200 white roses and is so beautiful. This arch can be moved from the ceremony to the reception, however, an additional moving fee will have to be assessed based off of traveling distance and time.  If you have a hired coordinator, they can move the arch if on the same property. Emma Aisle Flowers: Transform your ceremony space with beautifully arranged aisle flowers that add a touch of sophistication and charm, guiding your guests to your moment of “I do. The aisle flowers contain 12 LARGE arrangements valued at $3000+. Measuring 27"l x 33"h x 21"w.

Place them down the aisle, in a half circle shape at the altar, on white pedestals at the altar,  or at the bottom of your sweetheart table, at the cake table, the gift table, up the stairs against the railing, or anywhere you need to add flowers! They are completely versatile. They cannot be used as table centerpieces. They are much too large to go on a table, the backs of them are flat so they sit against the chairs, and they are shaped longwise.

124 Flameless Candles with Remotes: Set the mood with our flickering flameless candles, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. With the convenience of a remote control, you can effortlessly adjust the ambiance throughout your celebration. These tables are made for a table and are too small to be used on the ground. 

96 Bud Vases: These delicate bud vases can be arranged in different ways on rectangle or round tables depending on the look you are going for.

96 Real Touch White Roses: These roses look and feel almost identical to the real thing. Our lush white roses will enhance your wedding day offering a timeless elegance.

The Emma Wedding Package is completely customizable and can be designed however you’d like. Once you book, we will reach out to discuss details of the set up for your special day. This package is designed to make your wedding planning seamless and stress-free, allowing you to focus on what truly matters—celebrating your love story. Price is for 1 setup/location only. Please reach out for a customized quote if you need items moved or if things will need to be set up at multiple locations.

Renting our product is easy!

1. Choose your reservation date from our calendar and click “add to cart”.
2. Fill out the special instructions box at checkout. When you click on your cart, you will see an empty box. It’s important you fill this out with the VENUE NAME, ADDRESS, EMAIL, and PHONE NUMBER so we know where to deliver them and can contact the venue for insurance, plus the time you would prefer drop off and pickup.
3. All orders include delivery, setup, and pickup, with a pickup time of no later than 9:00 PM, and delivery within 20 miles of our warehouse. Pickups past 9pm will incur a separate fee.  The delivery cost for orders outside of 20 miles will be determined based off of location and whether or not it involves setup from our movers and/or florist. Please email us and we can give you a quote for this price based off these two factors.  Any pickups past 9PM are subject to a late night pickup fee, which can be found on our terms and conditions page. 
4. Checkout. We offer 2 payment options: All the payment is due up front or SHOP PAY which splits it into 4 payments.

We are located in Rocky Mount, VA and do not deliver outside the state, nor do we ship overseas.  We deliver within 75 miles of our location.
