Renting from Ivory Blossoms is easy! Follow these simple steps to ensure a seamless experience for your special event:

1.Select Your Date

Choose your reservation date from our calendar and click “Add to Cart.”

2. Provide Venue Details

At checkout, you’ll see a special instructions box in your cart. Please fill this out with the Venue Name, Address, Email, and Phone Number. This information  helps us coordinate  delivery and contact the venue for insurance purposes. Don’t  forget to specify your preferred drop-off and pickup times!

3. Delivery and Pickup Information

- Included Services: All orders come with delivery, setup, and pickup.

- Pickup Time: All rentals must be picked up by 9:00 PM. Late pickups will incur an additional fee.

- Delivery Area: We offer free delivery and pickup within 20 miles of our Rocky Mount warehouse. For locations beyond this distance, a fee of $1 per mile will apply, up to a maximum of 75 miles.

4. Payment Options

Proceed to checkout where you can choose between two payment options:

- Full payment upfront

- Shop Pay, which allows you to split your payment into 4 installments.

5. Additional Fees

- Moving Fees: If you require your rental item to be moved from the ceremony to  the reception, additional fees will apply. Our team must handle all moving and re- setting of items due to insurance regulations.

- Late Night Pickup Fee: If your pickup is scheduled after 9 PM, please refer to our terms and conditions for the applicable fee.

6. Coordination with Your Venue

We aim to work directly with your venue to facilitate setup, delivery, storage, and  pickup. Please provide the name, address, and phone number of your venue so we can coordinate efficiently.

7. Confirm Fit with Venue

We recommend checking with your venue to ensure our rentals will fit in the desired space.
